I’ve been an athlete all my life, so it was natural to become a trainer. What surprised me was discovering that I seem to have a gift for helping other people improve their health and well-being through fitness.

As an educator today, I am constantly expanding my knowledge and expertise. One thing I know for sure: the human body is complex and science is still enhancing our understanding of it

My mission now, is helping people gain the tools for healthy longevity … empowering them to develop strategies that work for them, individually, in order to maintain their health.

I’ve been studying intently, and have gained expertise in, an emerging view of the human body and how to keep it healthy. Its focus starts deep within our bodies, with the connective tissue inside all of us called “fascia.” I am now helping my clients learn to train their own fascial systems. It gives me enormous satisfaction when I see a client become healthier and more vibrant as a result of our work together. These days, I see it a lot.

I am the proud of Father of a 15.5 year old currently attending Chaminade HS in Mineola, Long Island. Not only is he a nationally ranked track prodigy, he currently holds a 4.0 GPA. To this day, he still has not lifted a weight. His sprint training i.e. anaerobic training is providing him with as much lean muscle mass as he needs at this stage of development.

My philosophy on movement is based off of Thomas Meyers Anatomy trains, Which I believe to be the best understanding of the Human anatomy to date.
