Comedian and Bitcoin Investor Dan Nainan on the Value of Digital Currencies for Developing Countries
As a senior engineer for Intel Corporation, Dan Nainan designed and presented highly technical demonstrations on stage with Intel. He took a comedy class to help get over his fear of public speaking, and performed at the San Jose conference about Bitcoin. In this video, he explains that Bitcoin makes it easy to transfer money to someone. He thinks that Bitcoin as a digital currency is a sophisticated way to pay people in developing countries as there are a lot of problems when transferring money from one place to another, and also fees involved, while there are no fees with Bitcoin. Dan is interested in doing Bitcoin investments as it is a new phenomena.
